Step 1 Soften the mouth tray in 70-80 ℃ hot water
Step 2 Place the mouth tray into your mouth, covering your teeth
Step 3 With your fingers, gently form the tray around your teeth by pressing your lip against your teeth
Step 4 Trim the mouth trays to the correct height
Step 5 Put the gel into the shape tray
Step 6 Place the mouth trays into your mouth again and gentle pressure on the tray by pushing your lips with fingers.
Step 7 Use the blue led light to make a quick whitening
Step 8 Start off with individual 20minutes and gradually increasing treatment length after your teeth accustomed to the process.
Step 9 Completely rinse away excess gel from toothbrush after use.
